そして、風水では南を朱雀（すざく）の方位といわれ、朱雀は孔雀に似た赤い鳥のため、
南に孔雀や赤い鳥の絵を飾るのが良いようです。
また、孔雀の羽を持つのは失恋した人に愛をもたらすようです。
